The People Behind the Work
Grant has spent more than ten years diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment across North Georgia and the surrounding region. As a co-owner and working technician, he's in the field every day, and you get ownership-level accountability on every job. He works on hot-side and cold-side equipment across all major brands, including ovens, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, and more.
Morgan is the operational backbone of Underwood. As co-owner of UFES, she manages the team's scheduling and day-to-day operations that keep service running smoothly. From your first phone call to final invoice, she ensures that every business client has a seamless experience with Underwood. Morgan's a key reason we maintain lasting partnerships across the Southeast.
